I have had a lot of problems with it , first we converted it to LP and had problems with no air adjustment , we called you you said tape or make air adjustment covers , they know they have a problem and should come with air adjustments, The unit has gone into lock out numerous times , i caught it today , the gas valve isnt shutting down, and leaving the pilot on and as long as the pilot is on it wont fire.
I called today, and they are checking on it for me.

Easy Installation process.
Yes I recommend, because of the quality and efficiency of the boiler. I had a Dunkirk boiler installed in 1993, and it performed well, and we experienced NO service calls. That's 27 years of trouble-free operation. This new boiler is even better because it runs much more quietly than the previous one. In the first one, we could hear the water actually gurgling as it was coming up to temperature. There is none of that in this new model.
Absolutely would recommend. The unit is so quiet & is operating efficiently.

We had to have a board and sensor replaced because the boiler was not working. Fond out the pump was installed upside down.
What I heard of it was all good. Made in our hometown.

Ease of Installation

Casale Plumbing and Heating did an outstanding job installing the new boiler. They were very professional in every aspect of the installation. The piping and electrical work was carefully and neatly completed. New zone valves were also installed. Our 3 Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostats work great with the new boiler. Very pleased with the whole process.

Reliable and long lasting
I was actually the technician who installed the unit. Having worked on boilers for more than 30 years I was very pleased with the ease of install for this unit. I also liked the placement of the domestic coil on the side of the unit that keeps the water lines out of the way of heating loop. I will definitely recommend Dunkirk to future clients. Individuals who unit was installed for were extremely happy with it.
Unit was in stock, knowledgeable sales & installation staff. Product replaced a Peerless boiler that was problematic. Unit was packaged nicely, was easy to maneuver into place and simple to install and run off.

this may sound crazy but its a beautiful boiler. Much more efficient than my old heater. Used heater for first time since change of weather & works perfectly.
